Return and Refund Policy - The Warehouse
We wanted to take a moment to inform you about an update to our return policy. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best service possible, we have made some adjustments.
Given that all TWH products are customized and made to order, we kindly ask that customers notify us of any returns within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will carefully inspect it.
To cover the operational costs associated with returns, a deduction of 25% will be applied to the refund amount. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but please know it allows us to continue offering high-quality products and services.
Once the return has been inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Please note that refunds will be issued within 15 working days from the date of receiving the returned item.
